Pastor Chuck E. Tate is the founding Pastor of RockChurch in East Peoria, Illinois, a ministry built on the vision of being “a church for people who don’t feel comfortable in church.” Since launching RockChurch in 1998, Pastor Chuck has faithfully served the region for more than 25 years, pioneering an innovative ministry model focused on reaching unchurched and underserved communities with the message of Jesus Christ.
Alongside his pastoral role, Pastor Chuck is the voice behind 41 Is Coming, a message of faith and encouragement rooted in the biblical principle that seasons of testing are often followed by breakthrough. Through practical, hope-filled teaching, he helps believers navigate disappointment, trust God in difficult seasons, and hold fast to the promises of renewal and restoration.
