Library & Ingest Assistant:
Position Type: Permanent. Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Location: Home-based
Salary: £20,600 to £24,720 (depending on experience)

This role will be part of the Programme Administration team and will be responsible for maintaining the Ministry programmes files through the ingest process. You will also assist in the day-to-day smooth running of the Library, under the direction and supervision of the Library Co-ordinator. The post holder will interact directly with all areas of production, post-production, graphics, scheduling, business operations and digital media.

This role can be primarily home-based, but the post holder must be willing to travel for training, occasional staff meetings and team activities.

UK Finance Manager:
Position Type: Permanent. Full-time (part-time hours considered)

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our UK team!

In your role as UK Finance Manager, you will provide management and oversight of the organisation’s finance function at both an operational/transactional and managerial level. You will be fully conversant with new initiatives, new legislation and modern thinking in all matters relating to the financial management of The Angel Foundation (TAF) and will advise the CFO accordingly (e.g. Charity, Accounting and other).

With high-level organisational skills, you will be required to adapt and respond to rapidly changing priorities, whilst maintaining a calm and professional approach to all tasks. You will need to be proactive and flexible in your approach, with a positive personality and good team interaction skills.

This role benefits from flexible working (within agreed limits and subject to core hours) and a hybrid approach of home and office-based working from our premises in Plymouth.

Scheduler:
Position Type: Permanent. Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Location: Home-based
Salary: £18,540 to £20,600
Closing Date: 9th December 2022
This is an entry-level position with no previous experience necessary. Full training will be provided.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining programming and interstitial schedules (commercials, promos, idents etc.) for our various regional feeds, making sure everything is kept up to date and running smoothly.
