Partnership Administrator:

Location: Plymouth, UK
Salary: £16,000 – £18,000 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week.
Closing Date: 17th March

As Partnership Administrator you will need to ensure that all income is processed, banked and receipted in a timely and accurate way.
Responsibilities include:
– The accuracy of the data inputted when capturing income and batching payments
– Creating, follow and updating the daily income process to ensure we create best practice
– Governance and compliance in regards to the capture and recording of donations (only) in line with best practice guidelines set out by HMRC, The Charity Commission and The Fundraising Regulator.

Salary: £24,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week.

As Partnership Co-ordinator, you will be part of the operational Partnership team. It will be your job to build mutually beneficial relationships with new and existing contacts. You will learn all about GOD TV and the powerful testimonies we receive, and will communicate with our partners to encourage them, share these stories and increase financial support. 

Responsibilities include making calls to ensure the re-engagement of lapsed donors, increasing regular giving and asking people to give new gifts. This is done from a perspective of creating ‘God’ appropriate opportunities for people to give into and not a sales approach, but as part of your role you will be expected to bring in new income.

You will be expected think of creative ideas to help grow and sustain GOD TV’s income. At this level you will be expected to be self-sufficient and able to manage both your workload and targets without much intervention from management or the rest of the team.

As a senior member of the team you will also be expected to support and train the other members of the Partnership team, suggesting ways to improve the quality and quantity of their calls.

Broadcast Systems Administrator:

Location: Plymouth, UK
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week.

We are looking for a Broadcast Systems Administrator to join our team in Plymouth to provide support and administration to our Information Technology broadcast infrastructure and users at multiple sites.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who wishes to expand their knowledge, skills and learn new technologies. You will be a confident, forward-thinking and motivated individual with excellent communication and technical skills.

You will be part of a small, friendly team and will need to liaise closely with all department members. Library Assistant – Broadcast Media:

Location: Plymouth, UK
Salary: £15,500 – £17,500 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week.

We are looking for a Library Assistant who will assist in the day-to-day smooth running of the Broadcast Library, under the direction and supervision of the Broadcast Librarian.  The post holder will interact directly with all areas of Production, Post-production, Graphics, Scheduling, Business Operations, New/Social Media and Communications.

You will liaise with internal and external contributors to help find solutions to complete the library process to deadline.

With high-level organisational skills, you will be required to adapt and respond to rapidly changing priorities, whilst maintaining a calm and professional approach to all tasks. You will need to be proactive and flexible in your approach and happy to participate in whatever this role requires. You will have a positive personality with good team interaction skills.
