Senior Fundraiser (Volunteer Co-ordinator):

Responsible to: Fundraising Team Leader
Location: Plymouth, UK
Salary: £24,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week.
Closing Date: 3rd February

As Senior Fundraiser you will be part of the operational Fundraising team. It will be your job to communicate with our partners to encourage them, share testimonies, take payments and build mutually beneficial relationships. Other responsibilities include making calls to ensure the re-engagement of lapsed donors, increase regular giving and ask people to give new gifts. This is done from a perspective of creating ‘God’ appropriate opportunities for people to give into and not a sales approach, but as part of your role you will be expected to bring in new income.

You will be expected think of creative ideas to help grow and sustain GOD TV’s income. At this level you will be expected to be self-sufficient and able to manage both your workload and targets without much intervention from management or the rest of the team.

As a senior member of the team you will also be expected to support and train the other members of the Fundraising team, suggesting ways to improve the quality and quantity of their calls.

Junior Fundraiser:

Responsible to: Fundraising Director
Location: Plymouth, UK
Salary: £16,000 – £18,000 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week.
Closing Date: 3rd February

We are looking for a Junior Fundraiser to be part of the Operational Fundraising team. It will be your job to ensure you learn the basics of our fundraising approach and learn all about GOD TV and the powerful testimonies we receive. It will be your job to communicate with our partners to encourage them, share these stories, take payments and build mutually beneficial relationships.

It is also a key function of this role to make calls to ensure the re-engagement of lapsed donors, increase regular giving and ask people to give new gifts. Library Assistant – Broadcast Media:

Responsible to: Broadcast Librarian
Location: Plymouth, UK
Salary: £15,500 – £17,500 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week.

We are looking for a Library Assistant who will assist in the day-to-day smooth running of the Broadcast Library, under the direction and supervision of the Broadcast Librarian.  The post holder will interact directly with all areas of Production, Post-production, Graphics, Scheduling, Business Operations, New/Social Media and Communications.

You will liaise with internal and external contributors to help find solutions to complete the library process to deadline.

With high-level organisational skills, you will be required to adapt and respond to rapidly changing priorities, whilst maintaining a calm and professional approach to all tasks. You will need to be proactive and flexible in your approach and happy to participate in whatever this role requires. You will have a positive personality with good team interaction skills.

Chief Operating Officer:

Chief Operating Officer, Angel Christian Television Trust, Inc. (d/b/a GOD TV), Orlando, FL, telecommuting permitted: oversight of network’s broadcast operations; exercise high-level of discretion & budgetary function for operations; manage all aspects of production & post-production of in-house programming; provide oversight of content issues; develop new media activities; lead strategic schedule planning decisions across all GOD TV broadcasts; acquire 3rd party produced content; develop strategic relationships with ministries; oversee distribution, playout, & music copyright. Must have Bachelor’s in Television Production or related field + 6 yrs exp developing & producing Christian media. Req. exp must incl 6 yrs (concurrent) exp (i) overseeing post-production & creative teams, (ii) controlling programming & operations budget, (iii) managing editorial & content decisions of a network & developing new production topics, (iv) coordinating activities of writers, directors, & managers throughout the production process, (v) acquiring television content produced by 3rd party production companies, (vi) building strategic relationships with ministries, & (vii) dealing w/ music copyrights & content regulation compliance.
