Accounts Assistant:

Responsible to: UK Finance Manager
Location: Plymouth, UK
Salary: £18,000 – £21,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)
Working Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week.
Closing Date: 11th December 2018

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant who will support the UK Finance Manager in the day to day running of the Finance Department. The successful candidate will be AAT qualified, highly motivated and organised with a “can do” attitude and good attention to detail. The role will involve maintaining accurate books of entry; running the Purchase Ledger with assistance from our regional offices; reconciliations, and dealing with suppliers and staff enquiries. Duties will include using Access, Dimensions and Excel for data entry and providing reports to the Senior Management Team.

Library Assistant – Broadcast Media:

Responsible to: Broadcast Librarian
Location: Plymouth, UK
Salary: £15,500 to £17,500 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week.
Closing Date: 17th December 2018

We are looking for a Library Assistant who will assist in the day-to-day smooth running of the Broadcast Library, under the direction and supervision of the Broadcast Librarian.  The post holder will interact directly with all areas of Production, Post-production, Graphics, Scheduling, Business Operations, New/Social Media and Communications.

You will liaise with internal and external contributors to help find solutions to complete the library process to deadline.

With high-level organisational skills, you will be required to adapt and respond to rapidly changing priorities, whilst maintaining a calm and professional approach to all tasks. You will need to be proactive and flexible in your approach and happy to participate in whatever this role requires. You will have a positive personality with good team interaction skills.

Broadcast Systems Administrator:

Responsible to: Chief Technology Officer

Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 (depending on experience)

Graphic Designer:

Responsible to: Head of Creative Services
Location: Plymouth, UK
Salary: £20,000 to £24,000 (depending upon qualifications & experience)
Working Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to deliver refreshing and innovative design solutions and deliver a consistent, inspiring visual look and feel to the creative output for GOD TV. Working as part of the Graphic Design team, the post holder will take responsibility for delivering high quality resources and work with operational departments to interpret their briefs into a wide range of materials.

The successful candidate will be an experienced all-round print graphic designer with an eye for great design and an excellent portfolio which will show that you are the ideal fit for our team.

Fundraising Data Analyst:

Responsible to: Fundraising Director

Salary: £24,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)

Junior Fundraiser:

Responsible to: Fundraising Director

Salary: £16,000 – £18,000 (depending on experience)

We are looking for a Junior Fundraiser to be part of the Operational Fundraising team. It will be your job to ensure you learn the basics of our fundraising approach and learn all about GOD TV and the powerful testimonies we receive. It will be your job to communicate with our partners to encourage them, share these stories, take payments and build mutually beneficial relationships.

It is also a key function of this role to make calls to ensure the re-engagement of lapsed donors, increase regular giving and ask people to give new gifts. This is done from a perspective of creating ‘God’ appropriate opportunities for people to give into and not a sales approach, but as part of your role you will be expected to bring in new income.

In addition you will be expected think of creative ideas to help grow and sustain GOD TV’s income. At this level you will be expected to be self-sufficient and able to manage both your workload and targets without much intervention from management or the rest of the team.

As a senior member of the team you will also be expected to support and train the other members of the Fundraising team, suggesting ways to improve the quality and quantity of their calls. You may also be required to support the team with day to day people management including providing the calls lists, signing off holidays and ensuring team targets are met.
