Vision for Israel
Founded in 1994, Vision for Israel is committed to bridge the gap between Jewish and Christian communities and to facilitate the natural and spiritual restoration of Israel. The Joseph Storehouse is the ministry’s aid centre that operates in the Judean Hills just outside Jerusalem, providing much-needed assistance to orphans and widows, the homeless and handicapped, senior citizens, new immigrants and survivors of terrorism. Vision for Israel has grown into a global non-profit organisation with offices and aid centres in the USA, South East Asia, the UK and Europe. The organisation regularly sends containers of aid and medical supplies to Israel and has provided disaster assistance around the world.
Barry Segal grew up in a Jewish home and came to know Jesus as a young musician in the USA. He led worship and was involved in church leadership for several years before moving to Israel in 1981 where he met Batya, a Messianic songwriter. Barry and Batya are the founding directors of Vision for Israel and The Joseph Storehouse. They are also well-known as performing musicians, recording artists and reside in Israel. Barry is a TV host, international Bible speaker and the congregational leader of monthly Moriah Gatherings in Brighton and Shepperton in the UK where Jewish and Gentile believers join together to learn more about the Jewish roots of the Gospel.
