Grace Lubega is a Ugandan preacher, teacher, and the founder of Phaneroo Ministries International. The focus of Phaneroo Ministries is to reawaken the Church as the authority in the world.

Apostle Lubega was born in the Wakiso District of Uganda in 1987. Lubega has been married to Nicole since 2019, and the couple have a daughter. Grace started Phaneroo Ministries in 2006 with a vision to make a massive generational impact.
