Top Teen Mania youth event to air direct from New York City this weekend

Known for it's ever-increasing line up of premier LIVE events, including concerts and rallies that are relevant to young adults, GOD TV has broadcast many different Teen Mania events over the years. Now comes the Battlecry Encounter LIVE from the Meadowlands IZOD Center in NYC, from April 16 through 18, which promises to be 'an all out blast'.

The mega youth event, which is expected to draw a capacity crowd of 14,000 young people, features several top youth bands including rock worship group, Unhindered; Funk/Latin band, Salvador; Hip-Hop/R&B and soul artist, Canton Jones; and the event's DJ is YNot? Speakers include Teen Mania founder, Ron Luce who will talk on 'Smitten with Love' and 'Listen to Love'; Director of Life Without Limbs, Nick Vujicic, who was born without arms or legs, but who has found a love that overcomes physical limitations; and Lakita Garth-Wright a former beauty pageant contestant who encourages teens to stay sexually pure as they await marriage.

Teen Mania has provided a powerful youth outreach in the USA and internationally for more than two decades by hosting BattleCry and Acquire the Fire events aimed at providing life-transforming rallies for young people; taking them on global expeditions and developing them to become leaders for Christ through the organization's Honor Academy.

BattleCry aims to bring volume and clarity to God's voice in the lives of teenagers, challenging them to live their lives for Him and helping them shape their future with perspectives that enable young people to see themselves in God's big plan.
