UK Administration & Services Manager
The Angel Foundation is part of a number of world-wide group of Christian religious charities, all doing business as God TV, transmitting Christian television 24/7 globally from its playout centre in Israel. It also maintains a website (which can be found at www.god.tv ) that also globally spreads the Christian message.
God TV has been established for over 17 years and set up the first daily faith-based TV network in Europe. It broadcasts to almost half a billion people in the USA, UK, Europe, Scandinavia, Asia, Africa and Australasia. This diverse audience receives God TV via satellite, cable or terrestrial transmissions and, through its website via web-streaming.
The Angel Foundation (TAF) is the largest God TV charity with approximately 80 staff and in the UK itself has 2 offices with one in Sunderland and the other in Plymouth plus its European office in Hamburg and a Scandinavian office in Norway. In the UK TAF has a production capability manning outside broadcasts throughout the UK, as well as globally, and the subsequent editing. TAF also is the centre for God TVs large WEB department.
God TV comprises around 200 global staff in total with approximately 10 other offices world-wide. Most are fairly small and are largely in place to collect and manage donations which comprise the largest proportion of overall income of God TV.
The present Head of UK Administration & Services (HAS), based in Sunderland, is due to retire in 2015, or thereabouts. The goal is therefore to retain a deputy to the HAS, based in Plymouth, who will become familiar with his duties and responsibilities. Six months prior to the HAS retiring the deputy will be considered for the position so that a complete handover can be done well prior to the retirement date.

Chief Financial Officer of GOD TV
God TV is seeking a successor to our Chief Finance Officer who will be retiring in the next months.
GOD TV is an international broadcaster of Christian religious television. Its transmissions are played out from its earth station in Israel and currently reach some 200 nations. GOD TV is the “trading” name of what are a group of charitable and commercial entities situated in a number of countries world-wide. Tightly controlled, the total complement of staff and contractors is little more than 200 people. (See www.god.tv ) The main charities are in the UK and US and the main source of revenue (over 75%) is from donations.
Working in a Christian environment, the chief financial officer (CFO) is responsible for the oversight of all financial matters of the GOD TV world-wide. Based in Plymouth, and employed by the GOD TV UK charity, the Angel Foundation, the CFO, will report to the CEO, Rory Alec, as well as partner with the senior leadership and the boards of trustees to develop and implement strategies across the whole organisation.
The CFO will oversee the world-wide finance function with six finance managers/senior accountants located in UK, US, Israel, South Africa, Australia and India, plus other small overseas offices, directly reporting to him/her. The postholder must be able to adapt to a continually evolving environment and thrive in a position where he, or she, must be able to act speedily without waiting for instruction.
