Jesus shares the beautiful story of the Prodigal Son who is accepted back into a family he once turned his back on. The Prodigal Son returned to his father's house and admitted he had messed up, simply hoping to be allowed to stay on in his father's home as a hired hand. But, the father did much more than simply welcome his son home. He throws the biggest party the neighbourhood has seen!

What God gives us has absolutely nothing to do with what we have done for Him. Why? Because Salvation is a free gift given to those who want it. We were all once sinners and left our Heavenly Father’s house, just like the Prodigal Son left his father’s house, but He has been waiting for us to return so that we can experience His forgiveness and become His sons and daughters once more.

Salvation comes when we accept and respond to what Jesus Christ did for us. He paid the price for your sin opening the way for you to have a meaningful relationship with God.
